For game support, include the app version, device operating system and what happened. For an ad report, include the advertiser and approximate time if available. For a username report, include the public name and reason. Do not include your leaderboard access credential or deletion code.
Online results
Practice works without an online profile. Starting a ranked puzzle needs an internet connection. Completed puzzles are saved before upload and retry while the app is open and connected. If you close the app, uploads resume the next time it opens. Uninstalling or clearing app storage can erase results that have not been sent.
