Delete your online profile
Use the private deletion code you saved in the app to remove your Sudoku Ultima profile, games, statistics, and scores. You can do this after uninstalling the app.
Delete with your code
In the app, find your code at Settings → Online profile → Save deletion code. If the app is still installed, you can also delete directly at Settings → Online profile → Delete online profile.
The code is used only to authorize deletion. Do not share it with anyone. A public username alone cannot verify ownership if you no longer have the app or its saved code.
What is removed
Deletion removes your online username, credentials, deletion-code hash, ranked games, scores and private practice statistics from the active Sudoku Ultima database. Your leaderboard entries disappear. Practice progress saved on your device remains there; you can clear it using your device’s app storage controls. Copies on other devices are not cleared by this request.
Inactive profiles
Online profiles with no contact with the online service for 24 months are removed by a weekly cleanup. Offline practice does not reset this period. Server access and error logs and local database backups are kept for 14 days. See the privacy policy for deletion and restore details.
